Terms of Use
“Исполнение желаний” is a personal practice tool: it helps you calmly phrase your wishes and repeat them every day. The app does not promise or guarantee any results and is not medical, psychological or any other professional care. You make all decisions yourself. By installing and using the app, you accept these terms.
What this app is
The app contains a wording wizard for wishes, a screen for daily thought repetition, a selection of affirmations and a description of the practice. Wordings are built according to the rules of the practice and, if you have downloaded the model, supplemented by a language model running directly on your device. The app is a tool for self-observation and regular practice, nothing more.
Disclaimer of warranties and results
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
- The app does not guarantee the fulfillment of your wishes, the achievement of goals, any change in life circumstances, improved well-being or any other result.
- No result of the practice can be promised, measured or guaranteed. Statements in the app about “working with intention” describe a method of practice, not a proven way to influence events.
- The developer does not guarantee that the app will work without interruptions or errors, that it will be free of failures, or that automatically generated wordings will be accurate or appropriate.
The app is not a substitute for professional care
The app is not a medical service, psychotherapy, psychological or psychiatric care, or a consultation with a specialist, and cannot replace them.
- Do not use the app instead of seeing a doctor or a psychologist, to diagnose or treat any condition, or to discontinue prescribed treatment.

The app recognizes some such wordings and shows these contacts instead of an analysis, but it is not a crisis service and cannot provide crisis care.
Limitation of liability
You use the app on your own initiative and at your own risk.
- The developer is not liable for your decisions, actions or omissions made in connection with the use of the app, or for their consequences.
- The developer is not liable for any losses, lost profits, harm to health or other damage arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the app, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Nothing in these terms limits your liability for unlawful use of the app or excludes the developer’s liability in cases where it cannot be excluded by law (including for harm to life and health caused intentionally or through gross negligence).
Rules of use
The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use it for purposes aimed at harming yourself or other people, or for any unlawful actions.
The app recognizes such wordings and responds differently depending on how confident that recognition is. If a wording is clearly recognized, no analysis is performed. If recognition is uncertain, the app warns you and asks you to confirm: continue the analysis or phrase it differently. Wordings that the app confidently treats as a risk to life under its built-in rules are not analyzed at all, regardless of confirmation; where recognition is uncertain, the decision is left to you. Recognition is automatic and cannot be complete: responsibility for what you phrase and repeat remains yours.
Age restrictions
The app is not intended for persons under 16. If you are under 16, use it only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Automatically generated wordings (AI)
Wordings are selected automatically, including by a language model running locally on your device. Such texts may be inaccurate, inappropriate or wrong - treat them critically and do not take them as professional advice. You can report an incorrect wording with the “Report this wording” button on the result screen or by writing to admin@krut.top.
Your data
The app does not collect or transmit personal data; everything is stored on your device. For details, see the Privacy Policy. You create the backup yourself and choose where to keep it; the passphrase for the backup is not stored anywhere - if it is lost, the data in the backup cannot be recovered. Keeping your data and backups safe is your responsibility.
Intellectual property
The app, its texts, wordings and design are protected by copyright belonging to the developer. Personal use of the app is permitted. Copying, distribution, adaptation and commercial use of these materials without written permission are prohibited.
Changes to the terms
These terms may change: the updated version will be published at this same address with a new effective date. By continuing to use the app after such changes, you accept them.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
